Once you have received an email from us confirming your booking, please complete the Hiring Agreement either for a one off booking (one off booking form) or a recurrent booking (available upon request) and send to:

When this is received you will be sent an invoice for payment.

Please note that until the Hiring Agreement is received along with the appropriate fee, your booking is regarded as provisional only.
Provisional bookings will be cancelled if not confirmed within a maximum of 28 days, or less if the booking is within that time period




Booking Online

We operate an on-line booking system which enables clients to see availability, make bookings and see all the details of a booking.

1. To check availability, under the bookings tab click on the View Bookings Calender icon.

2. On the chart find the month you are interested in by clicking on the “Next Month” or “Previous Month” then find the week using the “Previous Week” or “Next week”.
To make a booking, click on the plus sign in the right hand corner of the day.
You will need to create an account if this is the first time you have booked with us, or alternatively login to view your account and existing bookings if you have used the system before.
3. Then complete the booking form. (Click on the question mark beside each question for explanation).
Clients not wishing you use this system can still call or email Oonagh Sherlock on the details at the top of this page, but the availability on the on-line system may help them to decide on a free day.


4. Once the booking is made, we will be informed, once your hire agreement is submitted via This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., we will review the booking and send you an invoice should all the details be correct.


5. Once payment is received you will be contacted with details on access etc. for the building for your booking.



Terms and Conditions

The group or person making the booking is responsible for all people attending their activity, and as such is expected to supervise and maintain order within the group, and ensure all those attending the activity understands and adheres to these conditions of hire.

Any breach of conditions by any member of your group will not be tolerated, and will lead termination of your booking.


  • Access to the building cannot be gained until the hire commences and the person responsible for the booking has arrived.
  • Those hiring the hall are responsible for: wiping down tables and chairs, cleaning the kitchen, sweeping the hall, mopping up spillages and returning all tables and chairs to their original positions. All rubbish must be removed.
  • The hirers must adhere to the advised maximum number of people permitted in each hall.
  • NHCVS staff shall have access to all parts of the Centre at all times during periods of hire.
  • The group or person making the booking will provide staff with the required statistical information at the end of every hire, as required.
  • Centre Staff have the authority to evict and ban unruly people.
  • No one under the influence of drink or drugs will be admitted.
  • No alcohol is allowed on the premises
  • Any damage caused to the property or furnishings will result in the deposit being forfeited.
  • Where possible, the person making the booking should present him / herself at the time the booking is made, but in any case should ensure that he / she understands all of the conditions appertaining to the booking
  • Please note – the hirer is responsible for ensuring that no smoking takes place within the Centre.
